A new arrangement in front of the DESSA Gallery

A new arrangement was created in front of the DESSA gallery: in August 2021, DESSA on its own initiative prepared a reorganization plan which impressed Mayor Zoran Jaknović and Deputy Mayor prof. Janez Koželj. The City of Ljubljana - MOL took over the financial side of the project. The wooden trough with a bench was replaced by four concrete moguls, designed by the architect Matej Vozlič for the Ljubljanica embankment, and installed by the KPL company. Planting in front of DESSA by architect Juta Krulc, her last project, which she planned in 2015 especially for her exhibition Living with Gardens in the DESSA gallery, was transplanted by her collaborator, gardener Dušan Levičnik, into new large, frost-resistant ceramic pots. Židovska steza joined the other exemplary streets in Ljubljana Old Town.
