Architecture. Sculpture. Remembrance. in Belgrade

Hosting of the exhibition Architecture. Sculpture. Remembrance. The art of monuments of Yugoslavia 1945–1991 continues to travel throughout the republics of the former Yugoslavia.
 
The exhibition will be on view as part of the BINA festival in Belgrade from Thursday, June 8, 2023, to Saturday, June 17, 2023.
 
In April 2023, when the exhibition was hosted in Mostar, The “Hidden Hand” Memorial Fountain, which was designed by the sculptor Sulejman Ðapo in Mostar in 1982 was added to the collection of monuments at the exhibition.
 
As the exhibition is being hosted in Belgrade, the Serbian curator Jelica Jovanović has added to the exhibition 5 more monuments from Serbia:
_ Monument to the victims of fascist terror in the Bor's camps during the Second World War, the Jama mining facility, Bor; authors: Lidija Popović and Miroslav Kovačević
_ Mausoleum of Struggle and Victory in Čačak; author: Bogdan Bogdanović
_ Memorial Park Revolution in Leskovac; author: Bogdan Bogdanović
_ The monument of the Revolution in Ruma; authors: Miša David, Cveta Davičo, Živojin Karapešić
_ Monument to fallen fighters of the Revolution in Vlasotince; author: Bogdan Bogdanović
