As part of the exhibition To the fore 5: The pioneers of Slovenian architecture, construction and design, we kindly invite you to a round table, which will be held on Wednesday, 11 May 2022, at 5 pm in the DESSA Gallery.
The debate with Živa Deu, Kaliopa Dimitrovska Andrews, Alenka Kocuvan Polutnik and Jelka Šolmajer will be led by Ana Medved.
Arhitekturna razstava V ospredje V: pionirke slovenske arhitekture, gradbeništva in oblikovanja, ki sta jo v sodelovanju z galerijo DESSA pripravila Center arhitekture Slovenije in Umetnostnozgodovinski inštitut Franceta Steleta ZRC SAZU, želi osvetliti spregledani del slovenskega ženskega arhitekturnega ustvarjanja in obenem ponuja možnost, da iz bogatega arhitekturnega opusa 20. in 21. stoletja izpostavimo tista dela, ki so le redko razstavljena in postavljena na ogled javnosti. Ta seveda zato niso nič manj pomembna, kakovostna in večplastna. Predstavljena so dela devetih arhitektk, gradbenic in oblikovalk: Neda Bevk, Živa Deu, Kaliopa Dimitrovska Andrews, Alenka Kocuvan Polutnik, Marjetica Potrč, Eta Sadar Breznik, Metka Sitar, Judita Skalar, Jelka Šolmajer.
